Nature Made: Revitalizing a Legacy Brand Through Social Storytelling

Objective:

Our team set out to redefine Nature Made’s Instagram by answering a simple question: “Why follow us?” The goal was to grow the brand’s audience and engagement while making wellness approachable and fun. Specifically, we aimed for 45,000 total followers with 8,000 net new, and an engagement rate of 0.30%.

Approach:

Sam led the social strategy and creative direction, shaping a content plan that focused on simplifying wellness, injecting positivity, and highlighting authenticity. She oversaw content creation, influencer collaborations, community management, and paid amplification, ensuring every piece of content was aligned with these pillars. The approach was designed to make health feel relatable, interesting, and shareable for real people.

Execution:

We shifted Nature Made’s feed from static product shots to trend-driven, culturally aware content. From air fryer hacks and mocktail recipes to playful taste tests and pet-inspired wellness videos, the new approach brought humor and humanity to the brand, positioning NatureMade as both credible and culturally relevant.

Results:

By October, the account hit 50,000 followers, surpassing our target, and reached 55,000+ by December, adding 18,000 net new followers. Average engagement soared to 0.96%, turning the feed into a fun, educational hub where followers didn’t just learn about wellness — they genuinely enjoyed it.
